Commanders with just one primetime game
While the Commanders will be on national television for Thanksgiving, they received just one primetime game for the 2023-24 NFL season.
In Week 5, Washington will take part in Amazon’s Thursday Night Football.
The Commanders will host the Chicago Bears for an 8:15 p.m. kickoff from FedEx Field in North Englewood.
Commanders favored in just two games in 2023-24
It’s not looking like Washington is set for a big season.
Maryland sportsbooks have the Commanders as favorites in just two games for the 2023-24 campaign.
One of those games is the Thursday Night Football clash with the Bears (-1.5). The other is actually the season opener, where Washington hosts the Arizona Cardinals on Sept. 10. Washington is listed as a 5.5-point favorite.
Despite the opening odds, Washington is still listed with an over/under of 6.5 wins for the upcoming season.
